Información básica sobre protección de sus datos personales aportados

  • Legitimación: La Universidad de Granada está legitimada para el tratamiento de sus datos, siendo de aplicación las bases jurídicas previstas en el art. 6.1 del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos que correspondan en función de la finalidad pretendida por usted en el formulario de contacto.

Authorisation

You authorize your personal data provided in the application to be processed by the UNIVERSITY OF GRANADA, located at Avda. del Hospicio, s/n, 18071 Granada, in order to identify the people who access the documentation of the University Archive and the research topics they are carrying out, in order to carry out a control of the documentation. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition before the General Secretariat of the University of Granada at the address indicated above by means of a written request accompanied by a copy of your National Identity Card. You are hereby informed of all the above in compliance with article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.
The researcher undertakes to respect the rules of the University Archive of Granada, as well as to cite the source of the materials consulted in the Archive, if they are used for publications. A copy of the publication must also be deposited in the University Archive of Granada (Art. 41 of the AUG Regulations (pdf)).
